When I returned they took me right away and gave me a ride home so I wouldn’t have to wait. When the work was done they provided a return ride. I am most appreciative of good service I received.

Drove 3.5 hours one way to look at a vehicle that I would have purchased if everything checked out but it was in the process of being sold when I arrived. The person that was supposed to call me back never did. The salesman I had was amazing but the manager Brett kept giving me the run around. Had them sale me a car that was out on loan and he kept telling me every time I called me car would be there but it took me almost two weeks to receive my car he is very unprofessional and treats his salesmen really crappy. If I had to buy a car from there ever again I would want Josh H to help me out again and differently not deal with Brett .
After attempting to get a OTD price from them, their AI (of which I thought I was texting with Kelly McVey). Their chat bot keep asking me to bring in my trade BUT refused to give the OTD price on their 2024 Mustang GT. Then Kelly finally came on there about a misunderstanding?? Ok deal they said they would fill my tank with gas and never did also over charge me on tax and tag
They totally ripped me off, they literally stole my car from me. I messaged about it but no reply. I still want my money back for my vehicle. My best advice for anyone is....DO not purchase a car from this dealership, they will overcharge and they offer nothing in return. I took my like new 2021 Ford F150 Platinum in for for “service” and the service department nearly totaled my truck. Then wanted to fix it UNDER THE TABLE AND NOT REPORT IT ON CARFAX!!! Ultimately resulted in me having to buy another truck with little to no assistance, I had to go and sit down in person and let me see what’s available. Took 2 hours to get an engine light turned off first time there, then almost 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Ridiculous. Then the Collision Center wouldn't write us up an estimate to get body work done on our brand new car we had just bought from Cloninger.
Dealing with this dealership was my best experience in all of my years of buying a truck. I drove down from Kentucky to North Carolina and do not regret it one bit. My experience with the sales staff was top notch. I would highly recommend this dealership for any car/truck needs.

I thought the presentation of the showroom and the dealership were very nice . I also thought our salesman did a very good job . Although our finance guy was very personable he was also very pushy ! We did not enjoy the finance part of the deal so much that we'll never get financing through a dealership again .

As many customers have experienced. This is the worst car dealer by far. Customer service is not in existence and they are rude. After buying a $45,000 truck i expected a better service and respect. Go somewhere else, no waist your time and money, you deserve better.
They're thieves, they cheated and took advantage of me. The Sakesman was nice, but once he sold the car and I called back up there, well he didn't have time for me. Buying this car was the worse decision I've ever made. I would have taken it back if I could. But I didn't see any stipulations in my contract

Salesman got all my info on my trade in vin,miles,payoff etc and said he could make it work and then after a week of going back and forth and already having I found out the car was sold. He actually sold the car days before even running my credit so my credit was ran for a vehicle they hadn’t even owned in a week! Very disappointed
2022 Ford Bronco Purchase: Fantastic experience with the Cloninger Ford sales team throughout the process of placing an order in December 2021 to taking delivery in October 2022. Just picked up my 2022 Bronco Sasquatch and it was an excellent transaction all around. Special thanks to Angel Lopez my sales guy. He was professional and responsive. They honored all of the things that we agreed upon when placing the order almost a year ago.

Sold me a used 2021 Ford Tremor for over factory sticker price with just over 12k miles. Not a huge deal during this Carmageddon period, but once I added it to my FordPass account, I noticed it still had three open recalls on it that they hadn't addressed. Are you kidding me?? At least it's all under warranty so it won't cost me anything, but seriously poor form if you're selling something at an absolute premium price point!!

Worse experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Don't believe anything these crooks tell you! Almost 70 yrs old, this is the first time I bought a car (always chosen for me). Mr. Baker didn't let the fact that my husband and I drove up in a 1998 battered Buick stop him from inquiring if he could help us. He was kind, acknowledge-able and respectful. In fact, all the employees we spoke to were friendly, helpful except one. I figured this fellow had something on his mind beside a "Good morning" greeting. That aside, the experience was positive and yes, I would refer this dealership to someone.

I cannot endorse this Cloninger or Hilbish dealerships. Car door accessory panel inoperable...they denied they talked with bodyshop and wanted $115 diagnostic fee. Wanted to keep car all day. It was covered by insurance....the rhetoric was as if the entire door would have to be removed .... total overkill.
Sister store Hilbish in Kannapolis no better....broke panel removing it from door....had it 90 min, gave up and ordered door switch. Returned for 90 min for door switch install and new door switch doesnt work.... scheduled new, all day appointment 10 days later and appointment cancelled due to sick tech.

Dealership was amazing. My current car broke down, didn't run. I found 2 cars online that they had transferred the next day to the dealership. Dropped vehicle off to be serviced on the morning of Tuesday 16 June Hearing nothing by 1300. I called for status and was told it would be sometime in July before they could look at the car. they went on to give me a sob story about the reason. My first question was why I wasn’t notified.
This dealership is great . Found an add online & decided to take a chance & trade my car . Found a car just like what I had only 4 years newer . Had trouble getting it financed but I had a wonderful dealer named NAT & he did wonders & didn't stop till I got accepted . Praise God for this man .
